If you have already secured 25% of your funding round with an Angel network and have a Due Diligence report, then you can list with us.
Most industry sectors and stages of growth are accepted. As a general guide New Zealand’s angel network members regularly invest in IT startups, agritech, engineering and food sector companies who have a product ready for market.
Every formal angel network has its own particular interest areas (you can find out more about them here and here). Their interest is based on the domain expertise of the individual angels that make up their group, however the key factors angel investors look for in businesses are:
- Scalability (worldwide)
- Unique product/service (preferably with some IP attached)
- New Zealand based
- Capable and aspirational founder who understands the value of (and want) investors.
